CONSUMMATING THE MARRIAGE – PureTaboo
Dahlia (Jane Wilde) looks intently at a contract while an older man, Roger, sits silently across from her. The atmosphere is businesslike as Dahlia flips through the pages, though the uneasiness between the two is unmistakable.
It soon emerges that Roger is her parent, and that just before retirement he has agreed to sign over his billion-dollar company to Dahlia. But there’s one condition… Dahlia is a lesbian, and Roger – a man of strong convictions – refuses to sign over the company until Dahlia marries and consummates the marriage with a man, expecting Dahlia to produce an heir. To that end, they draw up a contract, and if Dahlia wants to continue enjoying her luxurious lifestyle, she must agree to the terms. But when Dahlia finally signs the papers, there’s a defiant twinkle in her eye…
Weeks later, Dahlia brings her new husband Rick (Dante Colle) to see Roger and prove that she has fulfilled her part of the contract. But it’s clear that their marriage is only a marriage of convenience, even though Roger doesn’t seem to notice and only cares that his conditions are met. However, Roger DOES notices that something is wrong when Dahlia simply declares that they have consummated their marriage, especially considering how defiant she was before. In response, Dahlia flippantly offers Roger to watch them do the deed if he doesn’t believe her.
Instead of pretending to joke, Roger accepts Dahlia’s offer to watch them – after all, his agenda is more important to him than his discomfort. Little does he know that by doing so, he’s playing right into Dahlia and Rick’s hands…
